Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash immediately. You must wager the bonus amount a set number of times — this is known as the wagering requirement. At okbt, this is typically between 5x and 10x. For example, a 1,000 BDT bonus would require 5,000 to 10,000 BDT in wagers before a withdrawal can be made.
