Opening an account with okbt is straightforward, but there are mandatory rules in place to ensure platform safety and transparency.

Registration Rules

• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration. Submitting false information will be considered a violation of these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or after reaching a certain transaction threshold. Any one of the following documents is required:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Passport — clear photo of the data page
• Driving License (government-issued)

Okbt's payment system is built with Bangladeshi users in mind. However, certain rules must be followed.

Important Payment Terms

• All transactions must be made through a payment account registered in your own name.
• Your deposit must be wagered at least once before any withdrawal can be made (to prevent money laundering).
• Withdrawals will always be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed on bank holidays.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Okbt reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• Okbt is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.

Odds & Payouts

• All odds are displayed in decimal format.
• Winnings = Stake × Odds (inclusive of stake).
• The maximum payout on a single bet is subject to limits set by okbt.

Okbt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

General Bonus Terms

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus (typically 5x–20x).
• There is a set deadline to complete wagering requirements — any unused bonus will expire once the time limit is reached.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• If multiple accounts are created to take advantage of bonuses, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Okbt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus

To claim the Welcome Bonus, new members must meet the minimum first deposit requirement and must not make any withdrawal before claiming the bonus. Full bonus terms and conditions are available on the offer page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbt platform. Any account found engaging in them will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Use of arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the okbt system.

Okbt takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Our Privacy Policy details how your data is collected, stored, and used.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Betting history and payment details are stored in encrypted form.
• Your information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• You may request correction or deletion of your personal information at any time.

Okbt takes responsible betting seriously. We want our users to play for entertainment, not out of compulsion.

• You can set daily/weekly deposit limits on your own account.
• You may temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform at any time (Self-Exclusion).

Okbt may suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory obligations.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Okbt is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Bets not placed due to lost internet connection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, and similar circumstances.

Okbt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The last updated date on this page will be revised accordingly.
• For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or through in-app notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
